not sure if this is the right place this goes but im getting ready to install a sliding rag and wanted to know what should i use to cut the roof? i know too much vibration will warp the roof. any help would be great

Grinder with a cut off wheel should work.  Then if their are braces to go thru use a saw zall for those.  Good luck.Remember measure twice cut once lol

I probably built your ragtop if you ordered it in the last 6 months!! I use an airsaw, or air nibbler, both work great with no warping or heating paint.
