EVAP system plumbing: 2001 Ranger Cali smog with fuel Cell...is this right?

Ive been on the hunt for information on how to "re-plumb" my EVAP system so I no linger
have a check engine light. I've been told I can just ziptie
the canister
purge valve out of the way and I won't get a CEL....we'll see.
I have a fuel cel with the stock pump and I don't think the return/vapor
canister hoses are ran correctly. Is there an extra "T" in my system?


here's a pic of the Cell, I'm in th process of redoing all those wires and lines along te driverside
frame...it's too messy for me!

Damn. Well if you have. 3.0 and can diagram out the evap components, hoses, T's or even pics that would be helpful!
Maybe on the last day of the site I'll actually get my problem solved
