i have 6 brand new smc 3/8 valves,  they been on the truck less than a day , the two dumps for the front stick almost every time i hit it down and my rear fill sticks all the time , anyone else had this problem? anything i could do to solve this?

do you have a water trap?  could be crap in the tank and lines got into the valves.  i did have a problem with smc's on my f150 when i was running a edc without a water/oil trap.  got the water/oil trap, replaced the diaphragms and didnt have any problems.

try a 90, or even a plug with a hole drilled in it on the dumps, something to get a little back pressure to allow the diaphram to close easier   as far as the fill  possibly trash???had the same problem on my smc's when i first installed them 5 years ago.

ya me too, run like 150 in the tank in mine too... so it cant be the pressure...dump valves stick open or closed fill valves stick...sux, guess i gotta take em all apart and oil them...

ive had the 3/8 smcs for about 6 months now and they never stick so thats another casebut i would try the water trap and also very carefully open them and clean them
