91 ranger bodied that needs some sheetmetal work done...can anyone help?

i was wondering if maybe bob grant (if hes on here) or someone else with vast sheetmetal knowledge could give me a quote on something...on the front fenders the lower body line arches up and over the wheel opening and i was wondering if there would be anyway to flare that out about an inch to give me a little more turning radius?
