Ok Here what's goin on I'm planning on using A cantilever setup w parrallel 4 link with a watts link... Ok so also I needed my rear axle narrowed only 2 inches on each side.. The axle housing in the truck has built in abs sensors in it and they are located about 1/2 inch away from the end off the axle housing ( the part closest to the brakes) so I want all that to still work so I took it to a shop to get 2 inches narrowed on each side...they relocated the sensors also two inches anyways they can't find axles that have th teeth in it to get the sensor to fully work... So they are sayin the only way to do it is to narrow it 4 inches on each side so they can redo the factory axles...I still want to run a parrallel 4 link though In the front but I only have 2 inches for clearance and I want to keeep my gas tank in stock location...I'm goin to start a build forum on the truck I'm using choppin block front suspension and Taylor from Michigan metal works is making all the rear stuff for it... So basically I wanting to know is there anyone that can make the axle for me so I can keep it at 2 inches..moser won't do it

I have never done it, but my suggestion would be to contact some more axle manufacturing companies. I have never liked Moser. Try currie enterprises.

Hey there, just an idea but could a piece be made that looks like the stock toothed piece, and press it on the axle where you need it to be? Good luck

read up on abs they say abs really doesnt help in an accident so why not just lose it?

That ABS sensor gear is not one peice on the axle  it is a seperate peice attached to it.  You can buy new ones from the dealer for around 100 each.  Pulling of the factory ones will either bend them or break them so just buy new ones.  The axles should not be resplined but completly remade.  Send them off to moser with out the abs gear on it to have them remade 2 in shorter.  Then when you get them back put the news one on and it will work perfect.
