what does this do????????

found this local cruising thru craigslist and wondered is this a milling  machine ? cnc?  what can this tool do it seams to be well worth the asking price if i can do cool stuff with it   .......if not sold its going to the scrap yard

it looks like just a plain ol mill with a big gaurd around it   but i dont know what all those air line hook ups do. but if it works $300 is a great deal

its a EDM machine ( Electrical Discharge Machine) most of the time they are used for punchin long thin holes in things or facing large pieces or mold making if it running good and the tank holds liquid then its a cool machine, not really useful unless you have a specific use for it, but its cool none the less. as far as making cool parts for stuff not really, you have to have some pretty good skills to program these things or have a good computor and the skills to make the machine do what ya want.
