stock uppers and aftermarket lowers

will my truck lay flat out on my 20s with a 40 series tire if I buy just aftermarket lowers or will I have to buy the uppers with it? I have been told several different things so i figured I would ask you guys. Any help or suggestions on what arms to buy would be very helpful as well.

you will have to modify the uppers if you want to use stockers to lay on that large of tire.  They will need pie cut, and welded. Or you can go with aftermarket uppers... I sell tubular and flat plate upper arms for your truck.  check out my thread on ssm, its called "Michigan Metal Works" or www.michiganmetalworks.com   Taylor
