evercoat metal to metal or US chem all metal

How many of you guys out there use either Evercoats metal to metal filler or US chems all metal?? I've been using it pretty frequenly lately and I love the way it builds but I just wanted to get everyone elses views on these products.

Ive only ever used the all metal but it worked fine for me.

its not any different then using like a marglass or duraglass type product. its just another fiberglass based product (almost all body fillers are of the fiberglass family)  the thing they throw in is aluminum powder.
