Double DIN Monitor ????

Looking for some pics with a double DIN. Can it be done? I know alot of you have the single monitor flip outs in a custom made console flowing to the rear cab wall. Im looking to put a Double DIN in a custom made console but don't know if I will have a enough room and look right. I dont want to cut out my controls, heat and ac knobs to fit a custom 15 monitor in. I have AC and its nice with these 100% humidity in Indiana........
 
 

I have a 97 Mazda b2300 and i fiberglassed a 7 1/2" touch screen into my dash, I think it turned out well. 

if you have the style dash pictured above, you can fit a double din in those.  They make a dash kit for those to fit a double din, but I think with some very minimum shaving of plastic you could cage mount it.
