Heat question

I have a tradition body dropped truck and i have a huge amount of heat that comes from the fire wall and floor of the truck. what is the best thing to use to reduce the heat?  i know that im closer to everything with the floor raised but there has to be something to atleast help with the heat

just ensure if you use the heat mat, you clean the hell out of the underfloor.  it's just like any "sticker" type thing that it doesn't like to stick well to dirt or grease (although it's sticky as all hell!)
