Looking for a shop to build a 1off bumper

Ive seen a caprice with a 1off sheetmetal bumper built by a shop which i cant remember anymore and it was SICK.
the rear bumper on my 95 tbird bugs the shit outta me and would like it to drop down a bit and weld it to the car
Heres a real old pic of my car, just to show you what im working with.
Its on dubs now and alot has been done.

man I have always loved that body style tbird....just something about it.

The bumper i built was quite tricky to get right, but then again i only had some body hammers and files to work with.
