Youll need to modify the rod on the booster to get it to bolt to the pedal. Youll need the line from a '95 astro van to go from the booster to the box; youll reuse the old s10 line to go to the booster from the pump. Youll need to tee the return from the booster into the box return. Youll also need the astro van master or a 98+ s10 master.

i love mine and clears the 22" by a lot, just remember it puts more strain on the engine. you sad he is running a v-8 so i did not know if it was for speed or just looks. i would run hydo boost over a 7" any day after driveing a truck with a 7". i took 1/2" out of the rod on mine off a astro van.

got a hydro boost and a 327 doored on 18s and 20s...would never get a 7" my buddy was stock floored on 22s in a second gen and said he could never get the spongy feeling out of his 7" and one of my club members has a second gen 4.3 99 on 20s and he hates his 7" and is trying to by my spare hydro boost...so i say hydro boost....also you will need the booster out of a 95 or older astro or a dually or 1 ton extra cab..the 96 and newer astros have a canted booster, u will have to make a plate to "shim" the booster so yopur pedal lines up. on my 1st gen i didnt have to cut the rod cause the way i built my firewall. and if its bodied on 22s, u prob. might be able to build to suit for it...and as far as lines go look up the thread on s10 forum, as useless as that shit talking site is, i did manage to get the aeroquip adapter sizes from AN to NPT and i ran fresh hydro lines to ensure all new fresh stuff, you will need some 90s on the steering pump output and the booster imput, [at least i did to clear my master cylinder and wheels] and the t is done the same as tated above, but i would do the new fittings and hydro line..its your brakes and shit....dont need to come up short there over 18 bux in fittings and 40 bux in hydro hoses...
