i have a 2003 silverado an i want to put a 2005 silverado HD hood will it fit

Are you talking about the "power rise" hood? If so, technically it will fit but your 03 grill and 05 hood wont quite line up right. Your 03 hood has two little points on each side of the grill that come down, whereas the 05 - 06 hood is flat across. The newer hood will also appear to stick out over the grill. If you change the grill to the newer grill then youre golden. Just a heads up, the hood youre looking for was available on the mid 05 - 07 classic 2500 and 3500, and the 06, and 07 classic 1500.
