bagging an 02 up mountaineer/explorer

Does anybody have any info or buildups on a 02 up explorer/mountaineer.. What does it take to get them to lay, do they need to be z'd, does ranger suspension swap out?

has to have a huge Z, they are torsion bars like edge/4x4 ranger. the back is similar.

if its a two door is is just like the 99-01 explorer if its a four door its independent struts on all four corners.
