looking for a chevy dually

Hi, i m new here and i don t find a place where i can post that. So i write here... i hope thats ok....

i m looking for a chevy dually crewcab 4x4 with 454 engine till year 1984 (if i found nothing newer one is ok too)

It should be in good driveable conditions without rust. No holes an bubbles around windowframe or at the other critical pkaces....rust at rockers or fenders is not so the problem...

im from germany and will be at california at last week in february.

so if anybody knows a truck for me....please shout

Welcome. Where in Cali are you going? If you look on craigslist in the area you are going to, I'm sure you will find some trucks worth looking at. You would probably be able to have a member from the area take a look at any you find in advance if you ask nicely (and bring some german beer with ya!). If you were coming near me I'd help ya.

i will fly to L.A and then a friend and i travel through cali ...no fixed route...

1 day we want to spend in vegas....the other 8 days i will look for some cars.

where are you from? german beer? no problem if i can take it with me in the plane

i ve looked throug craigslist ....a lot of dualy with 2wd but only 1-2 with 4x4

I live in Illinois, but I grew up in SoCal. Look in northern California for 4wd, very little need for it in LaLa land..
