emisions on ranger

i have an 86 ford ranger i live in az is there anyway around emisions all the stuff is ripped out and dont wana go threw the hassel of getting all the stuff and its time to register?

Mine passed here in ga with just a converter. Deleted egr, but that's all the emissions equipment it had.
