steering wheel adapter for 96 tahoe?

which steering wheel adapter is everyone using on these trucks? when you look through the catalogs they only list them up to 94 because of the airbag. Is it the same? I want to make my own steering wheel and need the adapter in hand before I start. thanks in advance!

Same as 88-94, its just since newer trucks come with airbags, companies can't advertise it

Check out a steering wheel adapter for a 3500 - most didnt come with an airbag and i think the column is the same.

^mine has an airbag though and its a 3500

Use the 96-03 non-airbag from Billet Specialties.

i've heard this as well, but never could confirm it. if that is the case, you can get one cheap off ebay with a 5,6, or 9 hole configuration. let us know how it works out!

Not the same adapter, use the one I mentioned above.

I have a Billet Specialties adapter that came off of my 98 Silverado I will sell it for $40. Let me know.
