the fog you are getting is what some call die-back or it could be from too much overspray hanging when spraying. die-back is from not using the right speed hardener or reducer. what happens is solvent gets trapped which fogs it up.This can also happen from base-coat not being flashed long enough. you wanna use a faster reducer with a slower hardener when doing a full clear job. clearing multiple panels with a fast hardener can give you the same look as well even if your not baking it. it should wet sand and buff out fine but yea start with a good quality product duplicolor sucks
I've heard alot of people say Duplicolor has foggy appearance. It isn't that much less than Crossfire, Nason, Omni, and I'm sure they are other cheapo paints that are wayyy better than duplicolor.
