Best way to relocate wiring harness 89 22r

Alright before I pull my cab off again I'd like to route the wiring through the fire wall on top or beside the frame rail instead of out of the sides and up the fender. The reason for this is the wheel/tires allow no room to run the harness up in the fender. I don't see anywhere really to unplug it and re route then plug back together. Maybe I'm just over thinking things as I tend to do a lot lol. Any information, pics, or anything would be greatly appreciated thanks.

The drivers side unplugs from the fuse panel on the drivers kick panel and can be pulled towards the core support. The passenger side unplugs from the fuse box under the hood and can be pulled back into the cab.
