Project Redemption (91 Squarebody)

well for most people who know me i have one of the very few seen isuzu hombres fully finished. A few weeks ago going to Gulf Coast Bash 2010, driving to the show we took the seawall route during a bad storm (not smart). The seawall was flooded with rain water, saltwater, and some batchs of sand. Long story short, sand and saltwater in a computer = not good. The contacts in the computer went haywire, causing alot of them to short and jump, and did alot of damage to my truck electrical and bodywise. Anyway, deciding to put up the hombre after 8 years is tough and it being my first truck im not sure if i can keep it due to space. So i picked up a 91 Squarebody s10 4.3 auto with very little body damage, 115K miles on the motor, all brand new stuff, the truck is solid. Its getting the wheels off the Hombre, along with several other stuff so the zu will be static dropped and bodydropped. This s10 is going to get bodydropped to ROCKER, 2 link with trac bar, full painted frame on 18s and 20s, turbo the 4.3 and rebuild it, full interior mostly wrapping with very little paint, full dual stainless exhaust, etc. not sure if i want to restore the entire truck to a stock body and moldings to have the stock look or go with a paint scheme i have Brian at KEG media working on yet. I'll try to post pictures along the build, mostly a once or twice a week update.

heres the old hombre for those to remember when....loli got some stuff off in the process of painting some suspension pieces, and going to pick up the rest of the parts this weekend.

sorry to hear about the hombre scooter but cant wait to see the s10.
