where do you do what you do?

I want to collect some data so what i would like to know is, Where do you do your work in or under or whatever. Is it a shop, overhead or carport? What size is it? Do you work on your truck under the sun in the driveway? Are you renting a shop with or without other people? Do you take your shit over to a frends house and suck up his space for building?

Here's where I do what I do! lol 24x30 Steel building in my backyard. Best investment I ever made!!

I have a 24x35 but my doors are on the short side. I think i would like to have them on the long side like you got.. I'll get some pic's of it up..

It has a 16' door on the front and I can pretty much fit 3 rides in it with all my work benches and tables. Eventually Id like to add a 16' x 16' slab on the front with a overhang so I can do dirty work outside. But I'm still waiting for some money to fall from the sky to do it..lol

ya i'd like a garage like that with the door on the side! nice collection of nissans! i finally got my own house about a year ago. it has a 2 car attached and a 1.5 car detached. most of the work is done by my friend out there. he works on mine and his. i'm slowly learning how to do more of my own shit, but i need to expand my collection of tools. some random pics....

theres my back patio full of crap and truck parts... over all its 10x20 patio but over taking with shelves and work bench...

and sun sets on that side... az heat sucks!

we just finshed my garage and its around 6000 sqft thats covered, only thing left is power but i want a 4 post lift so i can build trucks in the garage at all times of the year

I work in one of 4 places currently. My parents drive way, which is slopped so it sucks and their garage is to small. My university house which is basically the same thing (when I did the hydros it was out in the snow in Northern Ontario aka -40C). Or in our club we have access to 3 shops. 1 of which I have already worked on my car in. The other one is where alot of club cars are built and the 3rd is where a buddy of ours runs his own custom shop. Most of my personally work is done in my drive way Sun, Rain or Snow, Any season of the year.
