Quantity of POR15

I will be doing an entire frame (stock) and suspension. How much POR15 would you all suggest I buy? Cleaner and prep also.

Depends if you roll or spray it. I sprayed under my cab abd bed and went thru about a quart and some change. Best guess is 3 quarts to be safe. Stuff is awesome but make sure you have a good quality mask as it is potent. Good luck

thank you sir. I planned on doing the bottom of the cab and be too. They sell a 6 qt. kit, so that looks to be the best bet since it will make things easier being able to open a quart at a time.

Yeah you should be fine, just use a lot of caution if spraying. On a side note it says to put foil between lid and can after pouring its best to do it :LOL:

SSM uploader didnt work had to upload to PB, this is under the cab.

if you brush it on you will need less.

i used 2 quarts to do a 2 door tahoe floor bottom and top with a raised floor and wheel tubs, and had a little left over.
