Yup...it's an 02 sierra bumper that was sectioned in 2 places. It hugs the modded fenders...

The fenders are sectioned as well...tricky work but well, well worth it.

Mine are sectioned also around 3 inches or so and we put the regular chevy fender lips on the caddy fenders
