Copied "paint" job...

So I came across a vinyl graphics shop that does some pretty clean work, and looky what I found in their gallery!

And wait a sec... what is THIS?...Never heard of anyone strait jackin' a design AND posting their "inspiration" they jacked it from!

you would think they would have at least changed up the tribal flames a little. there copied line for line just about

Was this your own personal design? I'd be pretty pissed and taking legal action. There are copyright laws against things like this. Whether they gave you credit or not, they didn't have your permission to copy your work and make a profit off of it. You could go so far as to file a Notice Of Infringement with them, which would require them to pull the design, and if you really want to go at it, send them a bill for the use of your work.
