Bagged 1994 on 22's harness and stock fuel tank issues

Does any one no where or how to remove the driver side harness that keeps me from layin out? Can u send pics,Also i was told do just raise the fuel tank?? Pics??

rasing the fuel tank is cake. all i did was mark where the tank sat on the crossmember. cut out about an inch and boxed it back in for strenth. no pics. sorry.
