1962 mercury comet , " the money pit"

we are still doing all the fab work , the arms have not been cut to the correct length , bung need to be turned down on the mill and final measurements still need to be made , but to be dead honest im really proud of the design so far , the frame is about 90% tig wielded with minimal mig wielding . i will give a better run down of the plans and final design features later

damn... thats great lookin... what indy rear end are you using? very tidy fab wor so far..

we are using a 8.8 out of the Thunderbird super coupe , all brackets have been water jetted and the rear set up is a trunk mounted cantilever , im having the car built at BJ's racecars . he mostly does drag racing manifolds and race cars ( salt , drag , and road racing ) but he has had his part in building some very well known mini and fullsize trucks , even one with a build thread on this web site
