i've been body droppin my 95 fullsize, i've done a 2 1/4 inch drop on the cab and then lower my front rad support mounts 2 1/4 inches then i went to put my fenders back on and they don't line up at all, the rad support seems like i never even dropped it? i have no clue what else to do but to drop my rad support atother 2 1/4 inch but then thats like 4 1/2 inches total, any suggestions, anything i'm missin here

how did you lower the radiator saupport?

i welded a pewice of tubing between the frame and then cut the front of the frame off and then lowered it 2 1/4 inches and welded it back into place

is the steering still hooked up? sounds like somethings catching and holding it there? i havent done one of these trucks but front supports looks way it should (saying that but never done onw of these trucks) look and see if somethings binding it like the steering. also i cant tell by pic but tires arent hitting the firewall are they?

naw the cab is on and all bolted up and layin the way it should, and i've tubbed the firewall and all that, everything has been really smooth until this core support thing, its just not making sense at all, even whe i lay the hood on its just way to high its like almost slopping towards the windshield, its wierd, i put the grille ad the bumper on and the line up with each other well but theres just no way to get the fenders to work with the core support the way it is now

I'm pretty sure you didn't, but did you Z the frame behind the control arms? That would cause the frame horns needing to be dropped more than just the bodydrop amount. It really sounds like the front of the cab is boddropped more than the back, putting the cab at an angle, causing the frame horns to be dropped more. You may be able to shim the front body mount for the cab up

this is really weird because i am doing a tahoe and I got the same problem. 2.5 down on the body mounts and 2.5 on the rad supports and its way off, I cant figure it out either?

what if you cut the horns off again. and bolt all together and then weld horns were they go? just a suggestion id have to see it in persone since i never touched one but dont make since. but i know on some trucks if steering isnt un bolted it want go down. idk
