Is there a Germany scene?

I'm wondering is there a car/truck scene in Germany? I was curious if there are any bagged vehicles out there! My girl and I are moving out there in June 2011 once I accept my new job on Jan 4th and we move to DC Jan 16th to start my training. My brother lives in Cologne, Germany with his wife and kids, is in US Air Force and based just north of Cologne. He told me there is alot of riced out cars but has not seen any trucks unless they are put up.

You want to research "Belgium Street Cruisers Association (BSCA)". I ran with them for 4 years a long time ago. They had just about every kind of ride you can think about. When I was there in the 90's, the Germany auto laws are insane. The minute you show them that adjustable suspension I have a feeling you won't get plates. Your ride has to be inspected by the German government prior to getting a US military plate.

Thanks Dave but I couldn't get it to work! I found out everything I needed to know! My brother talked to a guy the other day and he explained everything to him. My brother followed the guy to his house and he showed 2 trucks he and his friend was working on. He told my brother there are about 10 of them but none of them except 1(I believe he said a Dodge Ram) came out and/or showed this year. I'm not in the military, i'm taking a US Federal Government job in Germany. My older brother is in US Air Force based in Germany!
