A/V Hook up 2010 chevy???

I have an 2010 chevy traverse with the delphi nav/ cd. I'm trying to hook up audio and vidio in to the Aux.I have a 16point hook up open outlet on the back of the headunit.

Who makes an addapter for this(16 point on one end RCAs on the other end)? Or is there another way? I wanna go in wtih video also.
