? about bar ends

is anyone running bar end with bigger than 9/16" bolts? or is 9/16" grade 8 like suicide doors sells enough for a heavy truck like my ford f250 diesel?

Its probably large enough.

I run that on my Ram 1500 with no issues. And i have ran it on a customers 1ton dually with no issues.

To pull a G8 9/16 bolt through its tabs mounted in a double shear application, you have to have some SERIOUS force.

It's going to require well over 30,000 lbs of force to double shear a 9/16's g 8 bolt... I'd say your f250 will be just fine bro

Those are what Im using on my F150 diesel. Just use 1/4 plate for your tabs and it should be just peachy!

thanks guys i felt like it would be but others (local minitruckers) thought i should go to 3/4 simply because their minis run 9/16" bolts
