i gotta seat of 95-99 buckets i wanna put in the beack of my 93 burban, only problem is GM didnt think people might want captains chairs in the second row of that body style and theres no holes in the floor to punch out or anything, so any suggestions on the best way to mount them? theres a 1 inch difference in the floor height from the door side to the middle of the truck. im thinkin of just tacking in a 1" peice of square tubing and going from there, but if anyone has a better idea im all ears!

1" tubing sounds good for a spacer, or you can take 1" out of the inside seat frame legs. But make sure you plate the floor on both sides where the new seat holes will be. I'd try to get at least a 3"x3"x1/8th" plate in there, if not bigger. Just so the bolts don't rip through the floor when there's a passenger sitting in them during an accident, normal driving, or if you're forced to make evasive maneuvers. Build it safe.
