How much cutting in the front?

Going to bag my '01 f150 soon(something I've always wanted to do!), and just had some question up front. Looking to run a 17 or 18" wheel with a decent amount of tire on it(not huge but not bands...) and would like it to lay. I think I'll be using a KP4 link/cant kit in the rear, but I'm curious how much cutting and welding will be required on the front of the chassis?
