i am looking to rhd my tacoma and help would be greatly appreciated on what i need to do or buy mine is a 98 taco thanks

The Taco's are easier because they are rack n pinion, IMO. The rack is behind the front wheel center line, so get a rack from a car that steers in front of the wheel centerline. Flip it over and your good. BTW- I wouldn't plan on power steering.

It also depends on how much you want to fab. My 92 is RHD and I imported the steering from Australia. The shipping was as much as the parts so thats all I got. I made my firewall and pedal assembly and dash support bar to hold the original column on the right side. Then made a dash from fiberglass.

I also made my own A/C assembly on the inside using the stock evaporator. It's just A/C on or off and fan speed. No defrost/heat.

ive seen a few use toyota tercel racks as well. obviously a few mods but alot easier than a gear box and what not.
