Hydroholics did the juice on this car. infact i think there is a build thread of it on there section so im not trying to still there thunder. Jayden hit me up about getting the mag laying flat on its rockers on 24's about mid dec. got details worked out and i got it during our severed x-mas party. didnt really get started on it untill jan 3rd or so. but here is the build.
this is where it set. rockers about 3"s off the ground.
started with getting it apart and drooping out the suspension to see where i needed to get to cutting.
cut everything that was in the way out and when i was done it lookd about like this, nice and flat
factory arms didnt get enough articualtion so i had to build new uppers. a uniball would of came threw the hood so i called up pollyperformace and we decided on this super high strength heims. got my bushings and dom tube in and proceded with tiging some arms up.
then we went ahead and got tubs in, did all the necessary plating and built a strut brace. painted it all and finished up the front.
drilled the holes in the hood brace for the bolt and missalignment spacer to go in when layed out and the front was done.
now the back....we started by getting out the factory fenders and middle of the floor.
proceded to tub it. for 26's i might add. widednd, lengthend the tubs and re angled the hydro cylinder mounts. notched the subframe for cv's and arm and built a new forward locating bar that adjustable.did a little body work on them and went ahead and painted them, herculined the rest of the floor to match where the pump is and re did the battery rack.
after all this work we finaly got to lay it out.
i dont know if its the first mag to lay rocker on 24's but its the first ive seen so id say one of the few. it actually lays plastic rocker, body pinch, subframe, exhaust, unibody brace and gastank....
hope everyone enjoys. more pics in a bit.
