Looking for some pics to get different ideas on a sfbd s10 chassis. I am working with a 2002 so the newer year truck is what I am looking for. In particular I want to see different ways to join the new rails to the factory front clip. Thanks in advance

Heres one I did, its a 1st gen though. Shouldn't matter though because I think the chassis' are the same except the bumper mounts in the front.

Looks like a solid frame Chris. That's a hell of a fish plate.

hahaha yes it is, you could tow with that mini. It looks like it but it is hard to tell in the picture, does that tranny cross member bolt in?

I wanted to beef up that area because the rear section holds the air in the chassis. I probably didn't need the shear plate but it looked kind of plain without anything there and it matches the rest of the shear plates on the rear clip that you can't see in this picture.

The tranny crossmember has four 3/8" SHCS on each side.

Do those older s-10 frames orig. flare out right at the firewall like the new bodied trucks?

/\/\/\ did you just pie cut the stock rails right where the cab starts and join them to the new rails? Do you have any under construction pictures?

there is 200 pictures of it in my profile.

I see thanks...what did you use for the front body mount just a universal mount?
