Toyota arms are symmetrical in shape, swapping sides wont do anything. Flipping them upside down helps if you need to ball joint travel, but it doesn't make sense to me. You can lay a 25" tire on a drop spindle with unmodified stock arms. Having the arm flipped would limit lift, unless you have huge wheels on stock spindles. Plus most arms are ugly upside down.
