93 pickup info

i might be gettin a 93 toy pickup. it was my brothers, tranny is fucked, so hes prob going to give it to me. so now im just looking for info on body droping it. its stock now, but i plan to bag, bd it, and use it as a daily. from what i have read, it needs to be zed 1in, and the tranny xmember needs to be cut up a lil bit. the info im lookin for is how to use the stock hood without a hole, and i want it to lay pinch. anyone know of a good build thread, or a website to get info, that would be great, thanks.

Z depends on the truck, usually around 1.5" and the motor should be dropped back down at least an inch. I did 1.25" on the last one. Transmission cross member either needs the bottom trimmed off level with the frame, or a new one installed.

thanks man. what do you have to do to drop the motor?

If you look at my thread I showed pics of how to drop the motor if your motor is out. I used to make bolt in mounts, but its not really worth my time.
