Just picked up this new truck that I traded my 64 Burb for. Its got a tunnel ram, dual quads, 400 sbc, edc, and bagged all around. 4" Body drop, lays rocker, and rides great. Still new to air bags though so I'm going to be coming to you guys for some advice. So far it seems like theres a leak or something from the front passenger side valve manifold. When I'm cruising for more than 15 minutes it starts leaking air from a hole in the manifold and its loud... Could it be that the engine compressor pumps too much air into the two little tanks and the psi is too high? Do I have to manually let air out of the system every so often while driving? Sorry for the super vague description, its raining and shes all covered up or else id get some specific pics of what im talking about.

damn nice truck. ive seen it on c10 forum i think. about your problem, do you have a psi gauge for the tank? if so, how much does it read? also what kind of valves are they? maybe we can help you figure out what psi they are rated for. I had some GC valves back in the day and they started leaking. I just unscrewed the 4 screws around the middle, wiped off the inside and the diaphragm, put it all back together, and they worked fine again. maybe you could try that.

Your right, I just found it on the C10 forum, now its time to go through all his threads and see exactly whats been done to it. The gauge takes about 2 minutes or so to get up to around 80 - 100 psi, then when im driving around it goes up and up to past even 150. Not sure about the valves, when it stops raining I'll get a lot more info on it, thanks tho

That edc should be pumping about 200 psi in 2mins.. And i do beleive that an edc is not suppose to be mounted on its side, but i may be wrong.. Check out gmfullsize.com, or fullsizechevy.com. Theyll be a world of help as well. Good luck, and nice ride!
