I have always enjoyed watching you build trucks, but I have to chime in and say that the geometry of your wishbone is approaching unsafe. The upper bars in a link setup are what actually push the vehicle down the road. The lower bars are pulled on allowing the power to be transferred to the upper bars and push the vehicle forward. That wishbone will put insane amounts of off centered load on the welds on the rod end over the axle. It may last forever if the truck is driven tamely, but it may tear the metal surrounding the weld as soon as he romps on it. I am not bashing you, or being disrespectful. I just see a potential issue and would highly recommend the bar closest to the driveshaft be straight, which would increase its strength as a wishbone ten-fold.

Thanks for your concern twisted and while u are correct in how suspension works theres definately not enouigh torque here to tear anything apart.....ive (as well as some other great builders out there) been doing these single sided wishbones for 5 years or so with trucks running up and down the road everyday with no issues and i know for a fact some of the owners bash em hard......some with pretty stout v-8s even. I can guarantee ya what i have there is 10 fold better than what was there

Is the roll center off by doing it like that? Not bashing, just trying to learn, as my last 2 4 links haven't came out quite right.
