pictures will help.

Is the ball joint shaft breaking? or is it snaping out of the socket at the top.

Chances are, the actual ball joint shaft does not fit inside the spindle correctly, and it has some wobble room, and as you drive it fatigues the material enough to make it fail.

post up some pics of the snapped joints.

Im shure your upper ball joint is binding because the shame drop spindles are 2-3 inches taller than a mgaughresbundalandibad drop spindle with the spindle being to tall it binds the ball joint when layed out. So the 100 dollars you saved is now gona cost ya because you need a set of western chasis or mcgaughys they both sell a great product. And when replacing your spindles get you self a set of the good napa ball joints the ones with the blue rubber boot they are worth the money. This will help the camber a bit too

Chassis tech spindles are pretty close to factory specs with the ball joint hole tapered the opposite direction. They inform you to swap upper control arms to opposite sides upside down and turn lower ball joints upside down.

This will snap the ball joints due to binding.

Cure: put everything back to stock and install McGaughys spindles and never have an issue again.

why dont you contact chassis tech and ask them? maybe they have a new spindle out that they could swap you to take care of the problem? or they might have a suggestion as to what the problem is, and a cure for it.
