need help with offset and width.

I'm getting ready to bag my 2003 F150 Supercrew and plan on going with a set of 22's with a 30 series tire to try and not have to tub it out. What I have been trying to find for the past few months is what width wheel people run and what is the offset needed to tuck? I've seen about 12 pages of the same type truck I have laid out on 22's so I know somebody has an answer for me. And i'm trying to get around going with a narrow rear end also.
