A/C question.

So i bodied my 98 150...and taking the A/C/Heat out...what to do with compressor for now? do i leave the lines open? cap off? help help help lol

You should cap it off, cause moisture will absorb into the oil in it (not good) if going to reuse. Not sure how your belt is ran , but if you remove the compressor, maybe a shorter belt can be ran. Also maybe a ac delete kit for a lightning your year might work. Oh and the compressor wont kick on if the freon pressure is out. Hope this helps, Later. JR

ok...i didnt know if capping both lines off from the compressor will hurt it in anyway...sounds like a plan! ive seen people turn thiers into a airbag comp but im running nitogen btw..thanks
