i was wondering whet u can acheive by doing this and what parts can be eliminated?

You can eliminate the strut bar that connects the lower control arm to the front most crossmember. Some trucks will need this mod to fit huge wheels. Others find it easier to triangulate the lowers when bodydroppin. My sturt bar mounting location was all smashed up, so I triangulated instead of buying new stock strut bars.
