ok I took my dually to a shop back in jan. of last year. I was getting it bagged, rearend narrowed, and sheetmetal work done inside the bed. How much more time should i allow before i just go get the truck back. I mean i understand it takes time but i mean its nothing ground beaking in design or anything. just rebagged and the bed work. i keep paying on it. so i know thats not the issue.

Well really depends on alot of things ...Did they say they were ready for it ,,,is it a I give you a great deal and work on when i can deal ,,,is it just a buddy helpin out ,,,workin as they get paid ......Now if you agreed to a price up front ,,,I believe all shops will work for half down ,,and half when finished ...But going on 17 months is crazy ,,,,did just about all mine in 4 ...worst thing in the build whould have been the rearend ..I would say its long past time to go get it ,,,,but that sucks ,,cause shops reallllly hate getting stuff thats incomplete cause its a bitch when something breaks and you have to say well we didnt do this part ,,,etc ,,,Best advice I can give you is make them finish the mechanical ,,,,and get it to someone else to handle any bed work and fenders

yea he said he was ready for it. I waited for him to call me and then took it up there. the rear end has been cut for at least a year. just hasnt been welded back. i mean for the most part the bed is done. he says he's waiting on the rollpan. but i don't see why he can't be doin the bags on the front while he waits. o well guess i been burned again
