my buddy has a 1994 chevy silverado he had 20s but is going to go 24s, will he be able to lay on the frame if he buys spindels and comtrol arms or is their some more custome work to be done like cutting the frame or moving the arms mounts thanks if u have pics would be best

Simple trim till it lays my tahoe is bodied on 24's

You're going to also have to tub the firewall, notch the tie rods, and relocate a couple things under the hood

its tubbed so everything that was on the way was moved already he was wondering if he is going to need arms or modiffy the arm mounting points or notch the frame for arm clearance or anything like that thanks

use a tape measure. put the truck on stands. take the 20'z off. remove the shocks, bags, or whatever is it the way. find out what diameter the 24" tire is. measure the frame to the ground. add that to half the size of the 24. jack your spindle up until it binds or you reach that measurement. modify the suspension accordingly. if simple math is too hard, then back away from the truck.

you can lay 22s on those trucks with stock spindles by pie cutting the frame and notching for tie rods. So 24s should only mean you have to add drop spindles.
