impala laid out with AC

My buddy has a 96 impala bagged on 22s but does not lay. What is it going to take to make it lay on 22s? He might go down to 20s but were not sure yet. Also, can he keep the Air conditioning? Will I need tubular control arms and spindles? if so, who makes some?

Relocate some things under the hood, dropped spindles, maybe step up the factory lower a hair, no need for a full tubular arm, check out pics of the black 96 on our www.facebook.com/smithchassis page, if you go down to 20s all you will need is spindles, you can keep the air regardless, and you'll have to notch the frame for tie rods
