My buddies neighbor hit us up about lowering his 02 Chev express van. It sounds like he wants a 4" - ish drop. I spent some time searching, and it looks like Eibach may make some springs for the front, but thats it. Im guessing the rear can either be flipped or make a drop shackle. Do any spindles cross over? I wish he wanted to bag it, itd be easier lol
