What would be the equivelant to a firestone 2500 in this series. Also is it true they get an inch more lift than the RE's? And lastly who has the best deal on them and has them in stock?

I ordered some SS8z about 3 months ago and they took forever, and that was from AVS who has a great turnaround time. But it wasn't just them, it was Slams problem, from what several vendors told me. Here's some stuff to check out...

I have Slam SS7's on my truck. Got them fast and I love the way they ride! Not sure if they get an additional 1" of lift because I never put anything else on it.

oh yeah. My guess would be the SS5 would be the same as the 2500 firestone.

the ss6 would be the equivalent to the 2500

Thanks for all the feedback guys. What about seperating issues on these bags I remember hearing some people complaining about that when they came out. Has that issue been fixed or am I wrong about that being an issue people had with them.

Big, this is going on my brothers traditional bodied ranger on beams! I wanna try these ss's out in case the extra inch thing is true. Cuz it needs all the lift it can get. I may be able to use them on my wagon project or on my buddies Rivi. I'll hit you up soon and see if you still have them.

If by separating issues you mean when the bag is fully compressed then going to lifted, then yes, I had/have issues like that. Check this thread.

The New Contitech's are really nice and get more lift then the older ones. Hit up Macs Springs they should have them in stock right now.

I kno u guys r gonna rip me a new ass for this but i just wanted to see what they were all about for my self, so i just got the Airbagit RE rip off bags .. buy 2 get 2 free is what the add said ... they seem to be made ok but the lift is less then a real RE by about an inch, i also got then in a few days witch was kinda nice (i wouldnt by them again ) .. if u got no money or need some bags in a big hurry u could look at them but they r hit and miss and remember u get what u pay for ... and also we r mini truckers so look around on this site cuz someone always has something u need for sale ..
the new SS bags get a lot of lift and also the new airlift bags get the big lift
