anyone sell any round corners for ones who cant stamp out or hammer out round corners for a sheet metal bed...i have never done any sheet metal like this and need so see if anyone could sell me some

Couldn't you get some exhaust tubing and quarter it length wise? That would work unless you wanted a larger radius.

Get a drop of pipe that's whatever diameter you want, then sandwich a piece of sheet between it and a table. Roll it around the pipe to whatever angle you want.

I quarter thin tubing as well, it sucks to try and get a tight radius on a length of metal without the right tools. I actually cut it less than quarter, that way you can transition the edge much easier.

I think hes talking about the compound curve for the bed corners, and the floor area, like a pool floor....

That's a tough piece to build if your talking about having it curve into the sides and floor all in one piece. Now if your going to curve the floor to side pieces as well as the side to side pieces you could put a small curve in each of the three pieces and smooth them out when you weld them together in the corner. But to answer your question, I don't know anyone that sells that piece.

i dont have pics but there was a newer full size chevy at scrapin that was white ...it had the bed done how i wanted ill try and find the pics
