I have an 85 toyota pickup that is leaking transmisision fluid from the top of the dipstick tube. I haven't add any fluid at all to it. This is the first time this has happened to me and I dont no why its doing it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

i'd do an oil change and make sure you have the right amount in there, it seems to me like there is way too much in there

No there wasn't to much fluid in it. I had the transmission rebuilt 2.5 years ago and had checked then to make sure the was the right amount in it and I have not add none since the transmssion was rebuilt.

i called the dealship today and told them about the problem i have and they said to check the vent hose on the transmission that it could possibly be clogged. So can anyone tell me where the vent hose is at. I have been looking online and in manuals and nothing is teling the location of the hose.
